I am very gassy. how can i prevent this symptom?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Lots of causes: You will need to be systematic to figure this out but your diet is a likely contributor if not culprit: too many carbs, too much fiber for your gut bacteria to handle, insufficient digestive enzymes, injured gut lining are all possibilities. If you have taken NSAIDs or antibiotics, that can contribute as well. Work with your doctor to address the most likely etiology first and then go from there.
