Can gassiness and loose stools with no other symptoms mean gluten sensitivity? even with no tummy aches?

Yes,....or not: Above symptoms are not specific. Gluten containing foods are grains and grain products. They contain other components including carbohydrates, some of which may be poorly digested (or poorly digestible). The bacteria that normally live in the gut can ferment these and cause gas, loose stool. Lots of other possible causes including parasites, infection, inflammation, irritable bowel, etc. See md.
