Change diet: What you eat is the most important in how much gas is produced in your intestine. It varies from person to person so you have to be somewhat of a detective to figure it out. Pay attention to what foods increase the gas, and then avoid them.

Gas: Please start w/a visit to your doctor. You may need to exclude some foods from your diet, e.g., wheat, dairy, etc. A probiotic may be very helpful. Your doc will guide you. Peace and good health.
