Shop for shoes: A woman about 21 years old is not growing taller if growth plates have fused. To look taller, she can choose properly designed clothing and shoes, and have good posture. Women can wear higher heels. Speak confidently, walk confidently, and act confidently. Vitamins, supplements, special foods, or special exercises will not make a person living in the U.S. taller (height here is mostly genetic).

Sorry: Unfortunately the height you achieve is purely familial . If you have short family members , your height will reflect similarly. There is no magic food or exercise that will affect your height. Although before any conclusion is made you need to be evaluated by your physician who can take all parameters into consideration before making an appropriate decision.
