Period: If you're bottle feeding most women have bleeding around 4 weeks and this is your first period. Other causes of heavy bleeding like this is subinvolution bleeding of the placenta site and retained products of conception. i would call your OB and describe the clot size and pad size used and how often change to help determine what if anything needs to be done.
