Burps vomiting /diar: May be gastroenteritis, gallbaldder-choleycystitis , may be reflux with or without H pylori . H pylori needs antibiotics Keep drinking water /gatorade ( not just water will dilute sodium )about 2.5-3 liters/ day so do not dehydrate. F/U w/ doc/urgent care today.

Go to ER: If you have had severe pain plus the other symptoms for 2 1/2 days without relief, it may be a serious situation which requires immediate medical attention.
