Could be either/both: This could certainly be your reflux, but could also be a gallbladder attack. The symptoms are usually right upper quadrant pain, nausea, sometimes vomiting, often diarrhea, and these symptoms are usually worse after eating - esp after a fatty meal. Go see your doc and they will likely check some labs and get an ultrasound, and that will help decide. Be well!
