I've been suffering from sulfer smelling burps, diahria, and vomitting for 9 days now. dr said all test were normal and is stumped. what could this be?

You need more eval: It may be viral gastroenteritis but i'd suggest you see GI & be evaluated for..(adapted healthyhype.Com) sulfur reducing microbes helicobacter pylori, a bacterium causing gastritis, ulcers, abdominal bloating, heartburn & burping. Giardia a parasite, contracted by contaminated food/water causing diarrhea, bloating, foul smelling burps or farts. & llastly for small intestine bacterial overgrowth.
