Yes..: Food poisoning can manifest as nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Make sure you stay hydrated(drink fluids). If you feel very sick, cannot keep anything(not even fluids) down and/or severe abdominal pain go to the ED ASAP for evaluation and treatment.
