See a doctor!: You will need an antibiotic as all open sores are susceptible to infection. In particular, an open sore on any part of your oropharynx (incl. lips). Plus, you should invest in some lip balm or discuss your chapped lips with a Dermatologist. Do NOT peel your skin! This leads to an infection, which is what you probably have. See a doctor!
