Maybe: Nobody really knows, and final answers aren't out. What I do know is (1) doing strenuous sports activities that you actually like or sort-of-like usually improves your mood, sleep, and efficiency; (2) it is not a cure-all for mental health issues, either those related to brain chemistry or related to life situations; (3) it helps you meet the right people.
