Wellbutrin specifically blocks the dopamine receptor. Prozac ( Fluoxetine) increase dopamine, others have not been well studied https://www.webmd.com/depression/how-different-antidepressants-work Some studies indicate SNRIs also can increase dopamine https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0028390820303051 (may be in animals) F/U with psychiatry
