Verapamil: it is excellent choice for migraines and should help with POTS by not allowing the heart rate to go so fast

Compression stocking: POTS or postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, is a condition characterized by a drop in blood pressure and a rise in heart rate with positional changes. Compressing the peripheral circulation with compression hose is the 1st treatment I found, preventing too much of a loss of circulating blood volume. There r occasional patients who need Florinef (fludrocortisone) but the 1st line treatment is generally best
