I had a brain ct scan in the er which i feel was unnecessary. i deeply regret this and i'm afraid i'll get brain cancer from this scan. please help.

Yu're unnecessarily: One CT scan does not cause anyone cancer. it takes more than 10 CT scan before such a thought should come to your mind. Medical use of X-rays/CT scans(done once a year or so) is safe. So quit worrying about this incident.. Your brain will be fine for a long long time!
