I think i've implanted twice. i had a very strong postive and then brown discharge and cramping days later and then 4 days later an even stronger postive plus my symptoms for 5 weeks are very strong. migraines ect. could twins be possible? or loss?

If you had sex since your last period and missed your period by 4-5 days, do a home pregnancy test. If the test is positive consult you doctor as a twin pregnancy may be detectable at 5-6 weeks of pregnancy. What you described is not suggestive of nor against a twin pregnancy. Wish you good health!
