Stop hitting people: If your friend has numbness or tingling that persists more than a few minutes, he should be evaluated medically. The best cure you can offer is prevention. Stop hitting your friend.

YOU shouldn't do...: ...ANYTHING unless YOU are a licensed health care professional who deals with orthopedic/neurologic problems & can see him as a patient. I don't know how hard this guy's spine was hit, but, if he's still having symptoms at this time, the only way to help him is to get him to seek medical care. This is NOT something to mess around with.
