Nerve: Tingling is a symptom of a nerve either having pressure on it or possible nerve disease. If it occurred after cracking your lower spine, it could be from a disk causing pressure on a nerve or stretching a nerve.

Piched nerve: Could be a pinched spinal nerve. Treat with anti infallam meds and rest. If no better or weakness in leg see md.
