Mumps?: Vaccines up to date? Any exposure to mumps that you are aware of? The area you are describing is the location of your parotid glands, and mumps is one of the things that can inflame them bilaterally. Any recent dental or ear problems? If you have fever or any other symptoms you should probably be seen by someone to confirm a diagnosis
