Scalp tenderness on top right side of head for few days. seems like it could be radiating into my ear, but ear irritation very minor at the moment.

Neuralgia: This could be due to irritation/inflammation of a superficial scalp nerve, if it's not due to an irritated/inflamed scalp muscle or skin. See your physician for evaluation if the discomfort persists or worsens. In the meantime, nsaids like ibuprofen may relieve the discomfort.
