In 2011 i was prescribed 2 vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) 70mg/day, 2 clonazepam 2mg/day, and 2 norco 10mg/day with zero build up for all meds. is this med. malpractice?

No: The dosages you listed are within the "usual" parameters for the drugs listed. Each patient is an individual and the dose is chosen on many factors including diagnoses being treated, age, body weight, prior exposure to medications... Malpractice requires one to suffer some harm due to negligence on a physician's part.
