Does klonopin have an interaction with vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) or do they counteract one another?

Hmm: both very addictive medications. one is an upper (vyvanse) and the other is a downer - so yes, in a sense they oppose each other. i typically don't promote use of stimulants for people with "nervousness" or anxiety. but its hard to second guess your medications without knowing your history. that said, i almost never prescribe both at the same time.
