Cervical spine.: Two thoughts. (1) could be muscular strain from moving the furniture. (2) the numbness in the fingers makes me think there may be some cervical spine disc swelling from the effort. There are some medications which could help in either case, but you really need to be evaluated, maybe in an urgent care center perhaps.
