Lingual Crenation: The white line most likely represents lingual crenation, which can occur as a result of the tongue being pressed against the teeth. In some advanced cases, the tongue may have indentations along the lateral borders tha match up with the shape of the teeth. An enlarged tongue or habitual excessive pressure of the tongue against the teeth may be contributing causes.
