A member asked:

When i get sinus headaches i always have extreme fatigue along with it. is this common?

ThatHumidityDontHelp: Assuming the pain is coming from your sinuses (allergy, infection, etc) and assuming that these are recurring 'headaches' due to it,then of course you'll feel all shlogged-out from the experience. You're having an acute on top of chronic problem that's dragging you down. Go see someone to help figure this all out and set you on a better path, otherwise it will affect most everything in your life.
