I will try: You have had a pretty good work up. Inflammatory bowel disease has to be on the list of things as well that might cause your pain. Have you been evaluated by a gastroenterologist? Your CT scan and blood work would eliminate many of the common causes. Endometriosis is also a possibility but rare for isolated RUQ pain. Please discuss with your doctor the possibility of inflammatory bowel disease.

RUQ pain that has gotten worse over the past year, it now radiates into my back and left side. Its a sharp, throbbing internal pain. Stools are yellow and greasy/floating, urine is dark brown. Pain wakes me up, not liver or gallbladder. Kidneys?
