Fatigue, headache, sinus symptoms for 5 weeks now. pain in ruq for 10 days front to back. blood,urine,ct ok. no gallbladder. so much pain. help please?

Your CT scan and blood work would eliminate many of the common causes. Endometriosis is also a possibility but rare for isolated RUQ pain.
