What is the treatment for someone who has strep b, has symptoms, and is not pregnant? what if antibiotics do not help?

Symptoms?: I'm assuming this is a vaginal infection with GBS? If you have symptoms then an antibiotic can be used to treat. If they symptoms persist another culture and check for yeast should be done.
