Strep throat: Strep throat symptoms can include sore, swollen throat (with or without exudate), fever, headache, nausea, rash, fatigue. Not all of these symptoms need to be present - the diagnosis is confirmed with either a rapid strep test (throat swab) or culture. When strep is diagnosed - the treatment is a course of antibiotics. If you are concerned, see your physician.
