I've done three hiv test, with all negative. i still feel obligated to keep taking more to put my mind at ease. should i still be worried?

Nucleic acid test: I trust that you not engaged in high risk behavior. Ask ofr HIV nucleic acid test. If it is negative at three months after your last likely exposure to HIV, you do not need to test more. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.

OCD is a possibility here given this scenario. Intrusive thoughts tend to be irrational. Checking is a part of OCD, such as asking friends/family/physician repeatedly for reassurance as in this case.
