Arimidex (anastrozole) is not caus: Arimidex (anastrozole) is a safe medicine and it does not cause any interference in sleep. So I would advise you not to break the tablet into two halves. You may have some other reasons(like anxiety) which prevents you from falling sleep. Discuss this with your doctor who can help you in getting adequate sleep.
