Work up: I would speak to your GP and make sure they have done a full work up. Have they checked blood work, thyroid levels, blood counts? Could be caused by lots of things that an MRI won't show.

Migraines : Likely migraines but always seek an evaluation. Ask to see a neurologist that has an interest in headaches.
