Yes, possibly: Your doctor who diagnosed your P. Vera is your best source of advice for questions like this . Yes BP can go higher due to high Hemoglobin(Hb) level. Heart rate can fluctuate (go up and down) with so many reasons especially any emotional disturbance and increased physical activity can increase the heart rate. How high are your values of BP and Heart rate? Check them again when you are resting.
