Unusual: Kidney biopsy, in the absence of complications, should not lead to that kind of increase in your creatinine. Bleeding in to the urinary tract or around the kidneys could compress the kidney thus compromising its function. This sounds like an emergency that you should discuss with your nephrologist/interventionalist asap!
