Evaluation: She probably should see her doctor to be evaluated. If her blood sugar is frequently that high, she should be on Insulin to treat her diabetes. High blood sugar can cause dehydration, so drinking a lot of water is a good thing to do at this point. The breathing problem and pain in the leg should be evaluated by her doctor.
