I have a small white spot on my tonsil that i noticed after a scratchy throat and some allergy/sinus issues. hasn't changed in size/shape and doesn't hurt. also doesn't scrape off or anything. tonsil/throat cancer? been freaking out for a week now.

White spot : Any lesion that persists for more than a week should be definitively diagnosed. I suggest that you visit an ENT (Ear Nose & Throat) physician for a proper evaluation.
