Radiculopathy : This could be because of a spinal nerve root being irritated in the thoracic spine. If this persists and gets more intense, an MRI of the spine can demonstrate the issue. Sometimes, symptoms like this occur before Zoster occurs- that is a rash with tear drop like small blisters on the skin. This is due to the chicken pox virus and occurs due to reawakening of the virus in adulthood.
