How old are you?: I know you are male. your age is important for my list of differential diagnosis. the only thing I can think about with the very little information I have, is stress ,. you think about it, no trauma, no incident, cold spot in the scalp, and tingling sensation on the side. the only thing in common is stress and anxiety.
