Describe your pain: Pain from appendicitis usually starts around your belly button then travels to your right lower abdomen as the appendicitis gets work. The pain could also come from constipation, diarrhea, or ovaries. Some women get pain with ovulation prior to your period. There are a variety of causes and would need more of a description of the pain & other symptoms to help narrow it down.

Many things: Both GI and non-gi causes of rlq pain. If severe or persisting, best to be seen and evaluated for further testing.
