Liver distention: Steatohepatitis or fatty liver is accumulation of fat in liver from obesity, eventually leads to cirrhosis . Start a diet see an hepatologist.

Retained stone: Sometimes a retained stone can give you residual symptoms following cholecystectomy. If your liver enzymes are normal adjust your diet and see a gastroenterologist.
