Is it possible for some stress to go to an area your worried about ? for example if your worried about appendix can you cause stress there ?

Not exactly: Stress causes a release in hormones that can go all over the body and have various effects. You cannot, however, develop appendicitis by being worried about having it.

No: Although excess worry and stress will probably have a negative effect on your overall health, there is no evidence that worrying about any particular organ in your body will cause physical damage to that organ (eg worrying about your appendix leading to appendicitis).

Hard to know for sur: Anxiety does create what is commonly known as psychosomatic symptoms. So it is best to have faith in your health and avoid unnecessary worries. Think positively under all circumstances and life would be better that way.
