Musculoskeletal pain: The tenderness to touch gives this one away. You have what we call musculoskeletal pain. This is a chronic area of inflammation the occurs in a small area in your abdominal muscles. It can be treated a variety of ways. NSAIDs, muscle relaxers or more effectively, trigger point injection by a pain specialist.
