Needs to be checked : We can not say what exactly it is. It might be a small abscess or a cyst . I suggest you consult your doctor to find out what it is. You squeezed it and did it drain pus or blood or nothing .Get it checked from your doctor as you might need Anyibiotics and / or incision and drainage or if it is a cyst causing symptoms then it may need to be removed surgically
