I have a dime size lump on my inner thigh area. it isn't emitting anything and shouldn't be an ingrown hair. maybe a cyst of some sort? help!

Cyst or a lipoma: I can't possibly tell you for sure without seeing or examining your bump, but the most common causes would be a cyst or a lipoma (a benign growth of fat cells). However, it is also possible to have skin cancer below the surface of your skin. You should see you dermatologist for an evaluation and possibly a biopsy.
