Slip-n-slide: It means instead of in the "straight" line the spinal vertebrae should be stacked in, the L5 vertebra is slid back "minimally" compared to where it should sit based on the position of the s1 vertebra. This happens here commonly, and is graded, because in some folks, when severe, can cause nerve impingement issues.
