Unrelated: It is unlikely that the two observations are related. High BP (if it's very high) may cause headache. Low BP (if it's very low) may cause dizziness. Many young people have a normal BP that's 90/50. Please look for the cause of your headache elsewhere. There are many, many causes. The two most common causes are tension headache (muscle contraction) and migraine.
