Depends on history: More information is necessary to understand the link between your headaches and your blood pressure. Is this your normal blood pressure? Or is it your blood pressure on medications? Are there other symptoms that go with the headaches? Do you get light-headed when standing? Based solely on what you've provided, the blood pressure is fine, and your headaches are likely due to another cause.

Yes: High blood pressure is actually not a very common cause of headache. Many people have high blood pressure with no symptoms at all. 110/64 is a normal healthy blood pressure. Your headache might be a common tension type headache, or perhaps some form of migraine headache. Try over the counter medications (ibuprofen/tylenol). If you ocntinue to have headaches, see you primary dr.
