Can't & supplement: At 24 there is no recommended method to increase height (except platform shoes), sorry. As to weight, unless very underweight, suggest being happy not having to struggle with excess weight and losing it (which will change on own over next 10-15 years). If insistent, can use high-calorie protein bars / snacks in addition to regular meals to add calories to your day (and figure).
