PRP can help: PRP contains growth factors that can help in the remodeling of the scar, however if it is a deep scar you may need more than just PRP. Subscision, scar modification (i.e. cutting it out and making a nicer looking scar), fat transfer, laser treatments, fillers are all options for improving scars. An in person consultation will allow for discussion of all treatments that could help in your case.
