Usually not: Azithromycin usually does not interact negatively with "sleeping pills"(i.e. medications used to treat insomnia) usually include Lunesta, Rozerem, Trazodone, Valium, Alprazolam,Xanax,Restoril, Halcion, Sonata (zaleplon) and Ambien to name a few.
