Review with your doc: It usually takes a few weeks for the meds to kick in and all the side effects to resolve. Just review this with your doctor when you return for your follow up visit and let the medication start to work. Unfortunately with OCD people tend to over read the side effect profile and concentrate on everything but improving the OCD. Know it is common to have pill phobia and try to overcome this.
