OCD: If you have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, you may need to take a medication such as SSRI for years. OCD is likely a large portion organic, that is why the meds can be so extremely helpful. But taking medication can usually prevent the very disabling symptoms. Please talk with your prescribing doctor.
